Mr. Morris specializes in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate financings - private placements, franchising, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and general business law. In his corporate/business practice, Leigh represents and counsels many private companies engaged in a broad range of businesses, including manufacturing and distribution companies, entertainment companies, internet based businesses, real estate development and investment companies, financial institutions, restaurant operators, hospitality and resort service providers, and biotechnology companies, among others. Leigh also has substantial experience in real estate transactions.
Leigh Morris graduated from law school at UCLA School of Law, Order of the Coif, 1972 and has an undergraduate degree from University of California at Los Angeles. He was admitted to The State Bar of California in December, 1972.

Thomas E. Nix, 63, is the founder of Navicert Financial, the financial services company whose primary subsidiary was Nix Check Cashing. He was with the company for forty-three years since its inception in 1966. Mr. Nix is widely considered to be one of the pioneers of the check cashing industry in California and has spearheaded all of California's consumer protection legislation that regulates check cashers with regard to fees, consumer information and licensing requirements. He was one of the founders of the Financial Service Centers of America and the Community Financial Services Providers, formerly the National Check Cashers Association and the California Check Cashers Association.
Mr. Nix has been active in serving the needs of the community for over four decades and has received numerous awards and letters of recognition. Mr. Nix served as a Los Angeles County Reserve Deputy Sheriff from 1976 to 1986, attaining the rank of lieutenant. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1970.
Mr. Nix is a Sailor that enjoys membership in The Long Beach Yacht Club, Catalina Island Yacht Club in Avalon and Fourth of July Yacht Club near Two Harbors Catalina. He is a member of the executive board of Directors for Pete Carroll's A Better LA which is dedicated to reducing violence and building stronger communities in Central Los Angeles.

Mike Power has over 20 years of experience on both the buy and sell side of the Fixed Income markets. Mike is responsible for all portfolio structuring/maintenance as well as the firm’s chief market strategist. Prior to founding Power Asset Management in 2003, he was the Director of Fixed Income for Howard Capital Management and Fixed Income portfolio manager for RNC Genter in Los Angeles. The earlier part of his Fixed income career was at Paine Webber in Los Angeles on the Fixed Income trading desk and Merrill Lynch in Boston as a financial consultant concentrating on Municipal Bond investing.
Mike has his undergraduate and graduate degrees (MBA) from Boston College where he was the starting quarterback on the football team in the late 80’s. At the time he ended his Boston College career, he was the 4th all time leading passer in school history and then went on to sign free agent contracts with the Houston Oilers of the NFL in 1992 and 1993. He still remains active on weekends coaching and mentoring youth quarterbacks in his passing camp "first round quarterback school" he opened in 1998.

David Swartz, CPA a retired partner at J.H. Cohn LLP (formerly Good Swartz Brown & Berns). He has 40 years of experience providing business advisory services to clients in several industries, including manufacturing, wholesale, retail, entertainment, real estate, and professional services. Prior to joining J.H. Cohn, David served as managing partner and was on the national Board of Directors of BDO Seidman. For 10 years, he was managing partner of their Southern California offices. David is also a former CFO of a publicly held shopping center development company. David has expertise in many industries including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, entertainment, professional services, healthcare, and real estate. He also has extensive experience in acquisitions, merger transactions, financings, business valuations, and serves as an expert witness. David has been a guest lecturer at several Southern California universities, and is a frequent presenter to area trade and professional organizations. He has served on the advisory boards of several companies. Active in the community, David is past president of the Jewish Big Brothers of Los Angeles and past chairman of the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging. Presently, he serves on the Board of RadNet, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company, where he serves as Chairman of its Audit Committee.
David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also served as treasurer of the Los Angeles chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently serving a four-year term as a gubernatorial appointee to the California Board of Accountancy, a division of the California Department of Consumer Affairs. He is a past president of the California Board of Accountancy. David is also a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award presented by the California Society of CPA's.

Marcie Polier Swartz is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Entertainment Data, Inc, the company that pioneered overnight box office reporting to the industry. She founded the company in 1976 at the age of 23, expanded with 7 international offices and 220 employees before selling to ACNielsen in 1997. NielsenEDI, has since been sold to Rentrak and the service and expansion lives on as the worldwide authority on motion picture box office grosses and other essential data gathering for the entertainment industry.
A philanthropist since the 1980's, since 9/11 she has focused her philanthropy on Schizophrenia Research at Cedars Sinai through the Marcie Polier Swartz Endowed Chair in Schizophrenia and Severe Mental Illness. She also supports many Jewish causes including the IDC (Interdisciplinary Center Hertzliya), and she supports individual Arab women as agents for change in the Israeli Muslim world. She has been affiliated for many years with Children's Nature Institute, and the Acumen Fund. Now she is very proud to be joining the board of the Jewish Home of the Aging where her husband Dave Swartz is a past president and where his mother lived for 12 years.
As a producer, and having acquired the rights to Leon Uris' THE HAJ, and Daniel Levy's TWO GUN COHEN among others, she is producing, through her company Homemade Entertainment. She is a passionate cook, gardener, chicken enthusiast, writing a cookbook, and loves to hike and bike.
Marcie's son Michael is working as a film editor. Her daughter Hillary is an aspiring actress. Her step daughter Megan is a fashion buyer and her stepson Eric is a concert promoter.

Rob Tuttle is a serial entrepreneur who, over the past three decades, has repeatedly found ways to channel his creative passions into profitable and thriving businesses. During his career, Mr. Tuttle has been involved in the conception, implementation and management of over one dozen businesses, spanning the industries of Internet, Radio, Music and Broadcasting, Real Estate, Direct Marketing, Corporate Sales (for National Telecom providers Sprint and ATT), Voice Broadcasting, Emergency Communications and Business Continuity.
During and immediately after receiving a degree in Marketing and Management from Stetson University (Bachelors of Business Administration), Mr. Tuttle pursued his passion for computer programming. By the mid-80s he had become a proficient software designer. As personal computing evolved, Mr. Tuttle's understanding of the power of personal computer technology, along with his sales and marketing acumen provided him a unique vantage point from which to envision new business applications that could leverage the low cost and high power of PC-based computing systems.
Mr. Tuttle has received numerous US Patents for his work in the development of technologies for use in Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and related telephonic systems. His novel "RealCall" invention (U.S. Patent 6324262 B1) is widely recognized as the breakthrough responsible for spawning the industry known today as "Voice Broadcasting".
On a personal note, Mr. Tuttle is an accomplished pianist and singer who prior to embarking on his business career, worked as a performer for several years. His hobbies include travel, music, running, golf, tennis, jet skiing and motorcycle riding. Mr. Tuttle has been married to his wife, Andrea, for 23 years. Robert and his wife currently reside in Ormond Beach, Florida, along with their five children.
